Cinematic Producer

We are looking for a talented Cinematic Producer to join us in creating visually stunning and engaging cinematics. If you are a passionate Producer with a desire to collaborate and push the boundaries of gaming visuals, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the cinematic production team and contribute to script development and planning.
- Lead and coordinate a team of artists, animators, and other personnel involved in the cinematic production.
- Manage budget for cinematic production, collaborate with production and and leaders to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Oversee the creation of cinematics, ensuring they meet the game’s style, tone, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to overcome optimization challenges in cinematic production.
- Quality control of cinematic outcome by conducting regular reviews and quality checks with the production team.
- Collaborate with external partners, if necessary, for specialized cinematic work or additional resources.
- Oversee the post-production process, and ensure seamless integration into the game.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Film, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cinematic production for video games or related industries.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of cinematic techniques, animation, and storytelling.
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English (other languages is a plus)
