Production

Bringing order to the creative process
Great creative work doesn't happen by accident, it happens because someone behind the scenes is keeping things clear, connected, and on track. We're looking for a Coordinator who takes quiet pride in being the bridge: between artists and production, between departments, between what needs to happen and making sure it does. If you have a creative foundation and a natural instinct for organisation and communication, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing
As a Department Coordinator, your role is to keep your department running smoothly,  from the artists doing the work, to the leads directing it, to the teams depending on it.

  • Artist & task management
You are the primary point of contact for artists within your department. You'll make sure everyone has clear, well-defined tasks at all times, understands what's expected of them, and has everything they need to move forward. When something's missing or unclear, you're the one who finds out and fixes it before it slows anyone down.
  • Dailies, rounds & reviews
You'll run and facilitate dailies, rounds, and client reviews on behalf of the department. This means capturing accurate, clear notes and making sure the right feedback reaches artists promptly, nothing lost, nothing misinterpreted.
  • Workflow & pipeline coordination
You'll manage the movement of assets and shots through the pipeline, handling ingests, downloads, even coordinating with outsource partners where needed. The work should always know where it's going next.
  • Progress tracking & flagging
Working closely with Project Coordinators and Managers, you'll help monitor artist progress and keep production data accurate and up to date. If something looks like it could become a problem, a delay, a dependency at risk, flag it in advance and avoid escalation to an issue.
  • Cross-departmental communication
You'll be the bridge between your department and the rest of the studio, whether that's creative leads, technical teams, or production management. Keeping information flowing clearly and in both directions is a core part of what you do.

We'd love to chat if you are...

  • Someone who communicates proactively,  you'd rather ask than assume, and you make sure your messages land clearly.
  • Calm and steady under pressure, busy days don't throw you off, they sharpen your focus
  • Proficient in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment where priorities can shift.
  • A fresh graduate from Creative Multimedia, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field who's genuinely keen to step into a production role, you're very welcome here.

A little bonus if you have...

  • Some hands-on exposure to a production environment, even student productions, internships, or personal projects count.
  • An understanding of a CG, cinematic, or VFX pipeline, even at a conceptual level is a great start.
  • Experience with production scheduling or tracking tools (project-based track especially).
  • A genuine love for the industry,  you watch breakdowns for fun, you know your favourite shots, you're excited to be part of how the magic gets made.
  • Not sure which track fits you best? That's okay — just tell us a bit about yourself and we'll figure it out together. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and that you're excited about this world.

Additional information

  • Full-time or Fixed Term.

What you'll be doing
As a Production Coordinator, you own the bigger picture. You're the thread that connects the project, keeping clients informed, internal teams aligned, and deliveries on track from start to finish.

  • Client & partner communication
You own the flow of communication across the project - clients, internal teams, and outsource partners. Whether it's a status update, reviews and feedback, you'll make sure the right information reaches the right people clearly and timely. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • Client reviews & meetings
You'll run client reviews and internal production meetings, setting the agenda, keeping things moving, and capturing accurate notes. Follow-through is part of the job; actions get tracked and closed, not forgotten.
  • Scheduling & milestone tracking
You'll work with leads and Project Managers to build and maintain the project schedule, mapping out tasks, sequencing dependencies, and keeping the team aligned to key milestones. With the understanding of CG, cinematic, or VFX pipeline is important here; you need to know enough about how the work flows to schedule it sensibly.
  • Delivery & pipeline support
You'll track and coordinate all client submission deliveries, managing the full handoff process from internal sign-off through to final output. When departments need extra hands, you'll step in to support ingests and uploads for outsource workflows too.
  • Cross-team coordination
You'll work closely with Department Coordinators, leads, and artists to understand what each team needs and actively help clear the path forward.

We'd love to chat if you are...

  • Someone with a structured mindset, you enjoy making sense of moving parts, and you stay calm and methodical even when the pressure is on.
  • Proactive in your communication, you ask before you assume, and you make sure the people around you are never left guessing.
  • Reliable under pressure, busy production cycles don't shake you; if anything, they sharpen your focus.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken, this is essential for coordinating effectively with our diverse partners and internal teams.
  • Someone with a foundation in CG, cinematic, or VFX pipeline, you understand the language of the people you're supporting, even if you're still building your experience.
  • Familiar with production scheduling or have a genuine interest in learning it, you understand that a good schedule is what keeps everything else possible.
